My overall experience with OneWorld has been highly positive. The in-store service was exceptional, as was the delivery driver’s efficiency. The chairs and ottoman I ordered are of exceptional quality and have been beautifully integrated into my library.

I sourced a palm tree lamp at OneWorld Collection. The assistance I received over the phone with the order was very helpful and efficient, and delivery was prompt. After sales service was excellent, too, giving assistance with assembly.
So glad I have found a new homewares outlet.

Excellent sofa for our home, fits perfectly into our space Fabric is great and will retain its shape and style we are extremely happy with our selection. I also bought a second set of covers. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their product I have told my friends about OneWorld and would recommend this company.

So pleased with the 2 ottomans i purchased. They blend in beautifully with my cream couches and navy cushions. Extremely comfortable, well made, stable and not oversized. Highly recommended

Love my coastal Charlotte chairs, I purchased these after I received my Charlotte counter stools as the quality is fantastic.

Bought this piece considerably cheaper than I found on other sites and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and strength of the bamboo and wicker. It’s quite wide but fits all my decorative items well and gives a lighter feel to the entrance than a more bulky wooden console. I’m very happy with my purchase

My coffee table, side table and lamp are exactly as I hoped. Although I had a little wait to get them it was well worth it. Excellent value for money. One world was also great in letting me know the status of my order. Communication was prompt and honest. I will be shopping here again in future 💚

Be warned - delivered with zero notice (table lamp least of my concern cause they came with a sofa too). Hubby ill in bed and me at work - no way of contacting the automatic text message cause they left no number! Emailed the One World only to be told they’d respond in 24hrs. Long story short I received a refund for the poor service - but not after a bitter dispute that left me with a badly scratched deck and vindication that we the consumer are subject to enshitification - don’t let this happen to you.
