WARRANTY INFORMATION

OneWorld Collection warrants all furniture products for 12 months from the date of delivery. Some products may come with an extended warranty, as specified on the product page or as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

We take pride in offering high-quality products, but if an issue arises, we’re here to help. If an item is found to be faulty, we will arrange for a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a store credit or refund. Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period, and proof of purchase is required.

Sofa Upholstery Warranty

• 12-month standard manufacturing warranty (covering fabric, stitching, and pillow back cushions)

• 10-year frame and foundation manufacturing warranty

• 3-year seat cushion manufacturing warranty

Please note: Pilling, fading, and general wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
