Joining is easy, all you have to do is create an account (here). Club hemisphere is available for OneWorld Retail customers both online and at all Showrooms.
Organisations, Employees, Trade programs and Wholesale customers are not eligible to join the program.
If you have an account already, you are automatically in the Gold Hemisphere club. If you want to access all perks, all you have to do is subscribe to the Hemisphere Diamond club
Joining Club Hemisphere is can only be processed via the OneWorld Collection online store. When joining, your full name, address and contact details will be recorded. An individual may update their Member Profile and membership subscription by logging into the online account.
Members may only have one Club Hemisphere membership at any time. Members may not transfer their membership or benefits to another person.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password for your account at the login page.
We cannot combine accounts. The Hemispheres club access and perks will only be available to the email used to create the account. For questions or concerns, please reach out to email@example.com
If you no longer want to be a Hemisphere Club member, you can cancel your membership or account via your account login page. If you are having trouble accessing this, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and the team can action this for you.
The benefits of the program vary depending on your tier status, but all Club members are eligible for perks. You can find the level of perks here.
All perks will be active from the time of your account creation and subscription date. Perks, extended warranties, extended change of mind and bonus offers are only valid during the length of your subscription.
Any purchases made before activating your subscription fall under the non-club member conditions of sale. If a membership is cancelled, all benefits will be forfeited, and all outstanding and future Benefits will no longer be valid. Any purchases made during the membership will retain the extended warranty.
Save 20% on regular pricing during the active period of membership. This cannot be backdated to previous purchases and expires with inactive membership or failure to renew every 12months. Discounts cannot be exchanged for credit.
Further discounts will apply on sale items if an item is advertised with a saving greater than 20% - This saving will be at the discretion of OneWorld.
A further 10% discount will apply on clearance items (as advertised online or marked in-store). The extra 10% will be applied on the reduced clearance.

Bonus offers will be communicated to Club Hemisphere members based on the level of membership. These offers are determined by OneWorld and cannot be exchanged for a credit or other offers.
Extended 12 months warranty is available to Diamond Membership only and for items purchased during active membership.
Extended change of mind periods is valid to club members based on the level of membership as stated. These extended periods are valid for items purchased during active membership. Change of mind is subject to Conditions of Sale. Costs of transport associated with a change of mind is at the expense of OneWorld Club members and customers.
This is exclusive to Diamond members. Events will be organised by OneWorld at their absolute discretion. Invites will be emailed to active members for any events. Early access to sales will be communicated via email or SMS if the Diamond member has elected to receive marketing emails or SMS.
OneWorld may collect personal information from Members to facilitate the program which may include the sharing of a member’s personal information with the partners associated with the program.
As a Hemisphere club member, you consent to OneWorld and its partners in contacting you to provide marketing material concerning Benefits, special offers, product information and other information relating to OneWorld. You can opt-out of receiving marketing material at any time.
OneWorld will still communicate to members by email to send you reminders concerning your membership.
Individuals who join Club Hemisphere agree to be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions and the general terms & conditions outlined by OneWorld.
Club Hemisphere Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by OneWorld. It is at OneWorld Collections' discretion that any modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
OneWorld may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, require a member to provide to Club Hemisphere proof of identification to verify the authenticity of a member’s membership and compliance with the Member Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide proof of identification may result in termination of a member’s involvement in Club hemisphere.
OneWorld will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Members resulting from any termination of, or changes to, the Club hemisphere program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
OneWorld may amend the benefits available or these Member Terms and Conditions from time to time. We shall use all reasonable efforts to communicate any changes via email or on the OneWorld Website.
The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by OneWorld at its absolute discretion. Any modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.
By joining Club Hemisphere, you agree to these Member Terms and Conditions and any variation. You also agree to provide OneWorld with any changes to your contact details.
Notwithstanding any other provision, Club hemisphere membership is at OneWorld absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time and cease communications without notice. For example, where a member has been engaged in fraudulent or malicious behaviour.
