2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only.
2.2 This promotion is not open to residents of South Australia. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm they are not residents of South Australia.
2.3 Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of One World Collection, MGI Golf, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
2.4 The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter this promotion, eligible entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Follow both @oneworldcollection and @MGIGolf on Instagram
- Like the giveaway post on Instagram
- Tag two (2) friends in the comments below the giveaway post
- Enter your email address on the sign up landing page at [insert landing page URL]
3.2 Each eligible comment tagging two (2) friends constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each entry is a separate comment tagging two (2) different people.
3.3 Entries must be received before the closing date and time specified in clause 1. Late entries will not be accepted.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, offensive or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
4. The Prize

4.2 All prize values are the recommended retail prices in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, and are correct as at 22 July 2026.
4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
4.4 If for any reason the prize or any component of the prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value.
4.5 The prize winner is responsible for all costs associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to installation costs and any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
4.6 The sofa prize (One World component) and the MGI prize pack (including the MGI AI Navigator Halo buggy and all accessory components) are available for delivery within Australia only. Delivery costs are included. Delivery arrangements and timeline for all prize components will be confirmed directly with the winner following prize notification.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted by an independent person at 2/122 Euston Road, Alexandria NSW 2015 on 6th September 2026.
5.2 The draw will be conducted using a computerised random selection process from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
5.3 The Promoters will make three (3) attempts to contact the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first contact attempt, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner by conducting a further draw.
5.4 The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and email on or around 6th September 2026.
5.5 The winner will be announced publicly on Instagram on or around 7th September 2026.
5.6 The winner's name and state of residence will be published on the One World Collection Instagram page and website within 28 days of the draw.
6. Privacy
6.1 By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and storage of their personal information by the Promoters for the purpose of administering this promotion.
6.2 Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoters' respective Privacy Policies and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
6.3 The Promoters will not share personal information with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment or as required by law.
6.4 By entering your email address on the sign up landing page, you agree to receive marketing communications from One World Collection and MGI Golf. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6.5 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoters at customercare@oneworldcollection.com.au.
7. General Conditions
7.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. (Instagram / Facebook) or any other social media platform. Entrants release each social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
7.2 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoters, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.
7.3 The Promoters reserve the right to verify all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who engages in any unlawful or improper conduct that is prejudicial to the fair conduct of this promotion.
7.4 If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
7.5 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any condition, warranty, right or liability that cannot by law be limited, excluded or modified.
7.6 This promotion is subject to any and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
7.7 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
7.8 By entering this promotion, the winner consents to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes by the Promoters across social media and other marketing channels, without further compensation.
8. Exclusion of South Australia
8.1 This promotion is not available to residents of South Australia and no entries from South Australian residents will be accepted or eligible to win.
8.2 This exclusion is in accordance with the lottery and trade promotion laws of South Australia, which require a permit for promotions with a prize pool exceeding $5,000.
9. Disputes
9.1 If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the social media account or email address used to enter.
9.2 Any dispute regarding this promotion will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
