$99 Flat Rate Delivery – Terms and Conditions:
Service Area
The $99 flat rate applies to deliveries within the following regions:
- Sydney Metro: Postcodes 2000–2234 and selected outer metro postcodes (2745, 2750–2751, 2759, 2760–2764, 2766–2774, 2776–2777).
- Central Coast: Postcodes 2250–2263.
- Wollongong Region: Postcodes 2500–2530.
Deliveries outside these postcodes are excluded from the flat-rate fee and will be quoted separately.
Access and Delivery Requirements
Before purchasing, check access to your property. Measure doorways, hallways, staircases, and lifts to ensure the item will fit. Many items arrive fully assembled. Larger items such as beds, dining tables, and sofas are supplied in sections where possible to assist with access. If you are unsure, contact the Oneworld Collection team prior to purchase.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are completed to the agreed access point at the property, provided safe and reasonable access is available. If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or conditions at the property, the following will apply:
- The order may be left at a safe and accessible location agreed with you, or
- The order may be returned to the warehouse.
Where a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues outside of our control, reasonable re-delivery or return fees may apply. These fees will reflect the actual cost of the failed delivery.
Delivery Service
The $99 Flat Rate Delivery is for standard express delivery to one address.
Delivery is to the ground floor or front door only. Deliveries may arrive on a pallet. A single driver completes the delivery. This service does not include white glove delivery, installation, or multi person handling.
The $99 flat rate applies to one delivery only.
If an order contains items which are out of stock or on backorder, the order will be held and dispatched once all items are available. All items will be shipped together in a single delivery.
Split deliveries are not included in the $99 flat rate.
If a customer requests available items to be dispatched earlier, an additional freight charge will apply for the separate shipment. By selecting the $99 Flat Rate Delivery option, the customer agrees to a single delivery once all items are in stock unless additional freight is paid to split the order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All $99 flat-rate deliveries are Authority to Leave (ATL). This means the driver will leave the goods at the front door, ground floor, or another safe location at the property without requiring a signature. Customers accept full responsibility for the order once it has been delivered under ATL. If there is no safe location, the driver may return the goods to the depot and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Exclusions
The flat rate does not include white glove service such as assembly, room placement, or rubbish removal. It also does not include deliveries with difficult access such as stairs, elevators, or restricted parking. Deliveries outside the specified postcode zones are not covered by this flat rate. Flat rate shipping excludes all trade orders.
Alternative Quoting
For smaller items, a lower delivery fee may be available. Customers may request a quote during checkout if they believe $99 is unsuitable for their order.
Trial Period
This flat-rate delivery is being trialled. We reserve the right to review, amend, or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
Standard Delivery
Our standard service delivers to your front door at ground level. The driver may need a hand with larger items. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays). If no one is home, the item will be left in a safe place. This service does not include stairs, lifts, placement inside, assembly, or rubbish removal.
You will be provided with an estimated delivery date and time window from the carrier. Customers cannot book or assign a specific delivery time under this service. Some items may arrive on a pallet and will be left at your front door or in the safest accessible area.

Hand Delivery
Items are placed inside your home in the room of your choice. Our team will use lifts or stairs where safe and accessible. Customers can schedule a delivery time directly with our carrier. This service does not include assembly or rubbish removal.
White Glove Delivery
Weekday delivery with the option to choose your delivery date and time. Items are placed in the room of your choice, assembled, and all packaging is removed. We do not mount items to walls or remove old furniture. For larger items, we’ll go up one flight of stairs only. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access is unsafe (for example, spiral or tight staircases). Delivery fees will not be refunded if we cannot complete the delivery. If you're unsure about access, please contact us before ordering.
Warehouse Collection
Orders can be collected from our Minto warehouse (NSW 2566) between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Collections require at least 24 hours’ notice and are only available from the warehouse (not from the showroom).
Dispatch:
Is when the product(s) are collected by our delivery or courier partner. Transit times will vary based on location and congestion throughout the logistics network. Please refer to your tracking link for up-to-date movement of your item(s).
- Smaller Items - normal dispatch time for in-stock items is 2–3 business days for smaller items. We use several courier services to ensure we can deliver to you as quickly as possible.
- Larger Furniture items - most of our furniture range arrives with little to no assembly required. This means we need to use bulky goods delivery specialists to transport these items. This may mean dispatch and delivery times can be longer. As a guide, dispatch occurs within 3–4 days. Our team will contact you to schedule the next available date. If your larger furniture items have been scheduled for delivery, please refer below for expected shipping times.

A delivery price is for one delivery only. Multiple delivery dates may incur multiple charges.

If access is not possible, items may be delivered to an alternative accessible location or re-delivered for a fee.
What time will we be there?
Deliveries can occur anytime on the scheduled day. A representative will provide an estimated timeframe. Delays may occur due to traffic or other factors, and we will keep you informed.
If you are not home and nominate to leave items unattended, we do not take responsibility for missing items.

All items must be checked upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours. Damaged or missing items will be replaced at no cost (excluding AS/IS items).

What is an approx. date of arrival?
We display approximate predicted arrival dates on our website for all pre ordered products. This date is the arrival date into our warehouses. We normally dispatch these items within 5-7 days of arrival.
Due to demands on overseas manufacturing and supply chains, these dates can move out of our control. Our team will provide updates when these dates move beyond a reasonable allowance of the original approximate predicted dated displayed at the time of purchase.
