Clean with lightly dampened cloth followed by a dry cloth to dry any moisture left behind.
As a porous, natural stone, marble is delicate and prone to staining, scratching and chipping, so proper protection and care are paramount. The first step in maintaining your marble’s stunning good looks is regular sealing. This should be done at least once a year using a purpose-built product.
We recommend the self-applying Guardsman 3 step system (Daily Cleaner, Stone Seal & Protect and Shine & Polish), which is made to help protect porous surfaces like marble against stains and etching. These are available to purchase online or in our showrooms.
The next step is to use runners, placemats, felt mats and coasters to avoid contact with anything hot, cold, sticky or moist, including acidic substances such as coffee, wine, juice and tomato sauce (marble’s worst enemies!).
It’s also important to keep items such as candles and hot pans away from your marble table to avoid marking, and to not drag hard objects across the tabletop to avoid scratching.
As marble is porous, clean any spills promptly with a clean, damp cloth to prevent surface penetration. We recommend frequent dusting with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, mix warm water with a mild soap to clean using small overlapping sweeping motions, then dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent spotting. Do not saturate your table, and take care not to use chemical cleaners, dusting sprays, abrasive cleaners or furniture wax or polish

- Service inclusions may vary depending on carrier capability and location

Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery Charges
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, size constraints, unsafe conditions, or site limitations:
- The delivery will be considered unsuccessful
- The order may be left in a safe location or returned to our warehouse
In these cases:
- Additional delivery charges will apply for any re-delivery
- You are responsible for all delivery costs incurred, including return and re-delivery
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery has been attempted.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some deliveries are completed as Authority to Leave.
- Items will be left at the front door or a safe location
- No signature is required
- Responsibility transfers to you once delivered
If no safe location is available:
- The item may be returned
- Re-delivery charges will apply

Missed Delivery

Receiving Your Order
You must inspect your items upon delivery.
- Report any damage or issues within 48 hours
- Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted

What is an approx. date of arrival?
We display approximate predicted arrival dates on our website for all pre ordered products. This date is the arrival date into our warehouses. We normally dispatch these items within 5-7 days of arrival.
Due to demands on overseas manufacturing and supply chains, these dates can move out of our control. Our team will provide updates when these dates move beyond a reasonable allowance of the original approximate predicted dated displayed at the time of purchase.
