Love this lamp! An eye catching item and works well with our tropical theme.
The only downside in my opinion is that the electric cord is quite visible as it comes out from the middle of the lamp pole, rather than at the bottom.

I absolutely adore this floor lamp! I saw it online, wasn't convinced so went into the store to take a look. It was so stunning in real life I bought it immediately. It is so beautiful, so unusual, beautifully made, easy to put together (took me under 10 minutes) and it's a stunning piece of furniture that's strong and sturdy and looks worth more than the price tag. This is one of the best purchases I've made for my newly renovated house.

Hand Delivery
- Delivered inside to a room of your choice
- Stairs and lifts used where safe
- No assembly or rubbish removal
White Glove Delivery
- Scheduled delivery date and time (subject to carrier availability)
- Delivered inside, assembled, and packaging removed
- Service inclusions may vary depending on carrier capability and location
Limits:
- No wall mounting
- No removal of old furniture
- Maximum one flight of stairs
- Delivery may be refused if access is unsafe

Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery Charges
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, size constraints, unsafe conditions, or site limitations:
- The delivery will be considered unsuccessful
- The order may be left in a safe location or returned to our warehouse
In these cases:
- Additional delivery charges will apply for any re-delivery
- You are responsible for all delivery costs incurred, including return and re-delivery
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery has been attempted.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some deliveries are completed as Authority to Leave.
- Items will be left at the front door or a safe location
- No signature is required
- Responsibility transfers to you once delivered
If no safe location is available:
- The item may be returned
- Re-delivery charges will apply

- Sydney Metro: up to 7 business days
- Regional NSW: up to 10 business days

Split Deliveries
- Orders are shipped once all items are available

Missed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one available when required
- Unsafe access
- No suitable place to leave the goods
Then:
- Re-delivery fees will apply
- Additional freight charges may be incurred
Receiving Your Order
You must inspect your items upon delivery.
- Report any damage or issues within 48 hours
- Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes must be made before dispatch

Last Minute Changes

We display approximate predicted arrival dates on our website for all pre ordered products. This date is the arrival date into our warehouses. We normally dispatch these items within 5-7 days of arrival.
Due to demands on overseas manufacturing and supply chains, these dates can move out of our control. Our team will provide updates when these dates move beyond a reasonable allowance of the original approximate predicted dated displayed at the time of purchase.
