Delivery Overview
We deliver to the address provided at checkout. All deliveries require safe and suitable access. Delivery services vary depending on the option selected at checkout.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Ground floor or front door only
- May arrive on a pallet
- Single driver delivery
- No assembly, placement, or rubbish removal
Hand Delivery
- Delivered inside to a room of your choice
- Stairs and lifts used where safe
- No assembly or rubbish removal
White Glove Delivery
- Scheduled delivery date and time (subject to carrier availability)
- Delivered inside, assembled, and packaging removed
- Service inclusions may vary depending on carrier capability and location
Limits:
- No wall mounting
- No removal of old furniture
- Maximum one flight of stairs
- Delivery may be refused if access is unsafe
$99 Flat Rate Delivery (Selected Areas Only)
Available for selected NSW postcodes only.
Service Areas:
- Sydney Metro: 2000–2234, 2745, 2750–2751, 2759–2764, 2766–2774, 2776–2777
- Central Coast: 2250–2263
- Wollongong Region: 2500–2530
Deliveries outside these postcodes are not included in the $99 flat rate and will be quoted separately.

Important:
- Orders are shipped once all items are in stock
- Split deliveries are not included
- If you request early delivery of available items, additional freight charges will apply
Access Requirements (Important)
You must check access before placing your order.
Ensure:
- Items will fit through doorways, hallways, stairs, and lifts
- There is clear and safe access to the delivery location
- Parking and entry conditions allow for delivery
Many items arrive fully assembled or in large sections.
If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery Charges
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, size constraints, unsafe conditions, or site limitations:
- The delivery will be considered unsuccessful
- The order may be left in a safe location or returned to our warehouse
In these cases:
- Additional delivery charges will apply for any re-delivery
- You are responsible for all delivery costs incurred, including return and re-delivery
Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery has been attempted.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Some deliveries are completed as Authority to Leave.
- Items will be left at the front door or a safe location
- No signature is required
- Responsibility transfers to you once delivered
If no safe location is available:
- The item may be returned
- Re-delivery charges will apply
Delivery Timeframes
Dispatch
- Small items: 2 to 3 business days
- Furniture: 3 to 4 business days
Estimated Delivery
- Sydney Metro: up to 7 business days
- Regional NSW: up to 10 business days
- Interstate: 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.
Split Deliveries
- Orders are shipped once all items are available
- Delivery pricing covers one shipment only
- Additional charges apply if you request multiple deliveries
Missed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one available when required
- Unsafe access
- No suitable place to leave the goods
Then:
- Re-delivery fees will apply
- Additional freight charges may be incurred
Receiving Your Order
You must inspect your items upon delivery.
- Report any damage or issues within 48 hours
- Claims outside this timeframe may not be accepted
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes must be made before dispatch
- If your order has been dispatched or scheduled, fees may apply
Last Minute Changes
Please notify us the day prior for delivery changes. If items are already loaded, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply.
Warehouse Collection
Available from our Minto NSW warehouse.
- 24 hours notice required
- Monday to Friday only
- You are responsible for loading and transport
Delivery Exclusions
Delivery does not include installation, rubbish removal, or fixing items to structures.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally. Please contact us for stockist information.
