Potential Shipping Delays
Update January 2022
We are currently experiencing team shortages across our retail, warehouse and logistics areas as a result of the Pandemic. Providing support and keeping our team safe is a priority as we navigate the situation.
Due to increased demand for courier and delivery services across all industries, as well as staff shortages due to the pandemic, our couriers and delivery partners are experiencing delays.
We understand the impact this has to our customers and the frustration this may cause, particularly with order status updates and delivery tracking status. We ask for patience and understanding as we work through these issues.
NOTE: If your item has been dispatched and you have received tracking information, please refer to the tracking link for any updates. If your item is delayed in transit, information will be updated via the tracking link as the courier network works through the backlog.
Dispatch information
Normal dispatch time for in stock items is 2-3 business days for smaller items and 3-5 days for larger furniture items.
Christmas and New Year dispatch time for in stock items is 3-5 business days for smaller items and 5-7 days for larger furniture items.
Dispatch is when the product(s) are collected by our delivery or courier partner. Transit times will vary based on location and congestion throughout the logistics network. Please refer to your tracking link for up to date movement of your item(s).
Note: Due to current courier congestion and backlog, dispatch times may be longer than normal as we work through collection of orders with our courier partners.
How We Ship
Small items will be shipped directly from our warehouse using a number courier partners. Tracking information will be provided to you when your item is shipped.
Larger items such as chairs and sofas will be delivered by one of our trusted local delivery partners. Your delivery partner will be in touch to organise date and time of delivery

Shipping Definition
Delivery will be provided to the location specified by the customer and listed on the delivery manifest
Standard Delivery - Includes delivery drop off only - We do not offer rubbish removal or assembly for the standard delivery option.
Premium Delivery (Sydney Metro & Central Coast only) - Includes delivery to multiple rooms, includes assembly and rubbish removal. If you require premium delivery outside of the Sydney location, please enquire here.
*Delivery does not include relocation of exisiting furniture or fixing of items to floors, walls and ceilings.
A delivery price is for one delivery only. Multiple delivery dates may incur multiple charges.
