Due to increased demand for courier and delivery services, our couriers and delivery partners have been experiencing delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these challenges.

To ensure our customer orders are received as quickly as possible we will dispatch in stock items as soon as we can. This may mean multiple deliveries will occur.

DISPATCH INFORMATION

Normal dispatch time for in stock items is 2-3 business days. Dispatch is when the product(s) are collected by our delivery or courier partner. Transit times will vary based on location and congestion throughout the logistics network. Please refer to your tracking link for up to date movement of your item(s).

Note: Due to current courier congestion and backlog, dispatch times may be longer than normal as we work through collection of orders with our courier partners.

Contactless Shipping

During current Lockdown restrictions, we will be practicing contactless shipping and therefore, will not be offering premium shipping. This means delivering your item to your front door & not into your room of choice. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
