Shipping definitions:

Delivery will be provided to the location specified by the customer and listed on the delivery manifest.

Standard Delivery
Our standard service is delivery to your front door at ground level. The driver may need a hand with larger items. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours (excluding public holidays). If no one is home, the item will be left in a safe place. This service does not include stairs, lifts, placement inside, assembly, or rubbish removal.

Please note: some items may arrive on a pallet and will be left at your front door or in the safest accessible area.

Hand Delivery
Includes live tracking once your delivery is on the way. Items will be placed inside your home in the room of your choice. Our team will use lifts or stairs where safe and accessible. This service does not include assembly or rubbish removal.

White Glove Delivery
Weekday delivery with the option to choose your delivery date. Items are placed in the room of your choice, assembled, and all packaging is removed. We do not mount items to walls or remove old furniture. For larger items, we’ll go up one flight of stairs only. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access is unsafe (e.g. spiral or tight staircases). Delivery fees won’t be refunded if we’re unable to complete the delivery. If you're unsure about access, please get in touch before ordering.

Warehouse Collection
Orders can be collected from our Minto warehouse (NSW 2566) between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Collections require at least 24 hours’ notice and are only available from the warehouse (not from the showroom).

Dispatch:

Is when the product(s) are collected by our delivery or courier partner. Transit times will vary based on location and congestion throughout the logistics network. Please refer to your tracking link for up-to-date movement of your item(s).

• Smaller Items - normal dispatch time for in-stock items is 2-3 business days for smaller items. We use several courier services to ensure we can deliver to you as quickly as possible.
• Larger Furniture items - most of our furniture range arrives with little to no assembly required. This means we need to use bulky goods delivery specialists to transport these items. This may mean dispatch and delivery times can be longer. As a guide, dispatch occurs within 3-4 days. Our team will contact you to schedule the next available date. If your larger furniture items have been scheduled for delivery, please refer the below for expected shipping times.

Note: We use trusted delivery partners who specialise in moving large items as most of our range is assembled or requires minimal assembly. As a result, transit times may be longer to areas outside of Sydney.

How We Ship:

• Small items - will be shipped directly from our warehouse using a number of courier partners. Tracking information will be provided to you when your item is shipped.
• Larger items - such as chairs and sofas will be delivered by one of our trusted local delivery partners. Your delivery partner will be in touch to organise date and time of delivery.

Free Shipping Items - as marked and for designated postcodes only.

Australian Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. We partner with a large network of providers, this way you can choose the best service and rate at the checkout.

Postcodes in regional areas can be identified at the shopping cart using the Post Code Shipping calculator.

Preparing To Receive Your Items:

It's all in the preparation!

Delivery will be provided to the location specified by the customer and listed on the delivery manifest to ground floor and one room of choice.

A delivery price is for one delivery only. Multiple delivery dates may incur multiple charges.

Have you checked access?

Most of OneWorld items are assembled or large, please ensure there is sufficient access and space to the location specified for delivery.

We don’t rearrange or move furniture within your home.

Please let us know if you have low ceilings, narrow passageways, elevators, or steep driveways.

Please tell us if you have stairs. Access to stairs or multiple flights may make it difficult to complete your delivery.

If we can’t access those hard to get to spaces, we can deliver the item to a nominated area accessible on the day or another location for another fee.

What time will we be there?

Deliveries can happen anytime on the day selected when booking your delivery. A OneWorld representative will make contact prior advising of an estimated timeframe.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. If we are running late due to traffic or other areas out of our control, we will make contact to ensure you are kept informed.

If you are not home and nominate to leave items unattended, we do not take responsibility for any missing or lost items.

Now that you have your items.

At the time of delivery, the person taking accepting the delivery will be required to check over all items, confirm quantity and condition. Any discrepancies will be reported to the store of purchase or online team immediately. Issues need to be reported to the store of purchase within 48hrs.

Items deemed missing or damaged will be replaced at no extra cost to the customer. This excludes items purchased AS/IS with pre-existing defects.

Last minute changes.

Somethings don’t go according to plan. If you need to change your delivery date, please notify the team the day prior and we’ll reschedule for you.

If the items have already been loaded onto the truck and scheduled for delivery, a fee may be incurred to cancel this delivery and reschedule.

*Delivery does not included installation, removal of rubbish or fixing items to walls, floors, or ceilings.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally currently. Please feel free to contact us for information about international stockists.

What is an approx. date of arrival?

We display approximate predicted arrival dates on our website for all pre ordered products. This date is the arrival date into our warehouses. We normally dispatch these items within 5-7 days of arrival.

Due to demands on overseas manufacturing and supply chains, these dates can move out of our control. Our team will provide updates when these dates move beyond a reasonable allowance of the original approximate predicted dated displayed at the time of purchase.
